Fun-Fly Events
Events will be held throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. The Last Man Flying Combat event will be held Sunday afternoon.
Limbo - who can fly lowest under the Limbo Bar
Bomb Drop - try to drop a ping-pong ball into the bucket - we provide the equipment, you provide the airplane
We tested this with a typical foamie aircraft and it worked great

Pylon Race Rules:
Air Pylons will be 100 to 150 feet apart.
Five to six aircraft per heat
Ten lap race
Any aircraft that flies inside a pylon must fly outside the pylon before continuing the race
Contact with a pylon is acceptable as long as the aircraft flies around the outside of the pylon
Aircraft with landing gear that do a ROG (roll on ground) take-off will start 25 feet ahead of hand launched aircraft
Any aircraft that flies over the flight line is disqualified and must land immediately
Top two finishers move on to the next round
Aircraft must complete all ten laps to move on to the next round
Aircraft may be repaired between rounds, but no aircraft substitutions are allowed
Aircraft battery charging between rounds is not allowed
Combat Rules:
Prop forward design (pusher type aircraft not allowed)
Twenty feet of streamer material will be provided to each competing pilot
Each sortie will have duration of five minutes
1 point for being in the air when "START COMBAT" is called
1 point for cutting another aircraft’s streamer
1 point is awarded when "TIME" is called and aircraft lands with an intact streamer
Any aircraft that flies over the flight line is disqualified and must land immediately
Should an airplane make a cut and be forced to land because the streamer wrapped up in his prop, it shall be marked as completing the round and scored with the kill
Should two planes contact each other and one plane is rendered unflyable, the remaining plane flying scores a 1 point kill if it completes that round
Any aircraft suspected by the Safety Officer of being unsafe to fly must land for a safety inspection before rejoining the combat
Aircraft battery charging or replacement between rounds is allowed
